All terms and conditions listed below apply to every delivery. Each purchase at this shop, implies that all terms and conditions mentioned below are accepted by the customer. The terms and conditions stated below are according to the Belgian law.

PRICES
The prices listed on this website are in euros and include VAT. They are valid retail prices as of date of publishing. Prices are by piece of jewelry (except when mentioned differently). Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Every item is made to order. It takes approximately 4 weeks to create an item. So after you place an order, it takes approximately 4 weeks until we ship the item(s).
Every item is handcrafted and unique and can therefore show minor differences. All photographs on the website are as representative of the item as possible.
Once you have ordered and payed your item, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and an order number. Studio JAJI retains ownership of goods, until all goods are completely paid for by the customer.
Orders that have not been paid within 2 days will be automatically cancelled.
SHIPPING
We ship orders once a week after payment is
completed, usually on Wednesday. The package will get to the destination 2 to 5 business days later - depending on the destination. Delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Delivery times are estimated, we are not responsible for postal or holiday delays. It is possible to pick up the package in Antwerp.
Shipping to Belgium will be by Bpost, Mikropakket or bicycle (only Antwerp). You have the choice between these types of shipping within Belgium:
Bpost – your order can be tracked. You will receive a tracking number once we shipped your order. Your order is not insured, meaning that if it gets lost by Bpost, we will not be held responsible and your order will not be replaced.
Mikropakket – your order can be tracked (you will not receive this tracking number automatically, but you can request it by email). You have to sign for reception. Your order is insured up to the value of 1000 euro. Because Mikropakket is the ONLY shipping company that insures precious metals they will NOT communicate time of delivery and will only deliver to the person addressed. This is for security reasons. Be sure to give an address where somebody will be home.
Within the city of Antwerp orders can be delivered by bicycle.
We do not deliver outside of Belgium.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Any complaints are to be logged within 7 days of the delivery date and must be sent via registered mail for legal compliance. If
the complaint is found to be just, Studio JAJI liability is limited to the exchange of goods only. Any returned item purchased from the webshop of Studio JAJI will be subject to a refund or exchanged for a gift card, minus the cost of postage, provided that the items are returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging within 14 working days of the delivery date.
Exceptions: Since our jewelry can be custom-made or personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such orders.
For standard products:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please send an email to studiojaji@hotmail.com with your order number and a picture of the item concerned as soon as possible to notify, if you are returning your purchased item. We recommend that you use a Bpack mini mail when returning an item within Belgium. The returning item remains the customers responsibility until that item is received by Studio JAJI.
WARRANTY
Studio JAJI offers a warranty of 18 months. It
covers damage caused by a manufacturing default or defect. Our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use or loss of (an) item(s). We offer a repair service to our customers, prices for this service depend on the type of repair. SIZING AND REPARATIONS
As every piece is handmade some mishaps can happen. Do not hesitate to contact us if that is the case. Regarding ring sizes: if, when you receive the ring, the size you asked for turns out to be incorrect we will adjust it for you at a standard fee of 40 euro + shipping costs. The most accurate way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring of average size (not a very thick or open ring).
